1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms of Use define the mutual rights and obligations between you and AudioGuide.Tech when using our digital services.

1.2 By registering and/or making a payment in the portal, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

1.3 The service is intended for persons aged 18+ or individuals with parental consent.

2.1 AudioGuide.Tech provides a digital service that includes:

Creation of QR codes linking to websites containing audio guide content, images, and descriptions.
Scanning QR codes to instantly load the corresponding audio guide content.

2.2 Available service plans:

Basic – core functionality with a limited number of audio files and QR codes.
Professional – extended functionality with unlimited content, additional statistics, and analytics.

2.3 The client pays for content publication, QR code operation, and their availability on the internet.

2.4 Long-term subscriptions may be eligible for discounts displayed on the payment page.

3.1 To use the service, the user must register in the portal using Facebook or Google authentication.

3.2 The user’s email address is used solely for identification and account management purposes.

3.3 The client may cancel their subscription at any time by performing the appropriate action within the portal.

4.1 The service is provided on a paid basis.

4.2 Payments are made electronically via Swedbank and other payment solutions available in the portal.

4.3 VAT is applied in accordance with Latvian legislation, taking into account the client’s status and country.

4.4 Full payment must be made before the service is activated.

5.1 The service may be terminated at any time.

5.2 Refunds are issued for unused full remaining months of the subscription.

5.3 No refunds are provided for periods that have already elapsed.

5.4 Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6.1 The service is delivered digitally – QR codes and related audio guide content become available in the portal after payment.

6.2 There is no physical product; delivery is considered complete when QR code creation becomes available in the portal.

6.3 The client is responsible for ensuring internet access and the ability to scan QR codes.

7.1 As the service is digital and immediately accessible, refunds are issued only for unused full subscription months.

7.2 Partial refunds for already used periods are not provided.

9.1 The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

9.2 SIA “Cloud Enterprise Systems” is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of QR codes or content by the client.

10.1 SIA “Cloud Enterprise Systems” reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

10.2 Amendments take effect upon publication in the portal.

10.3 The client is deemed informed if they continue to use the service after the amendments have been published.
